Hopefully your latest Lavish Alice piece has already made its way into your rotation, however if it's not quite right, you can return it for a refund through our dedicated returns portal.
CHECK YOUR ELIGIBLE FIRST
USA returns must be processed through our dedicated returns portal. Please follow the steps below to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Simply enter your order number, starting with 'LAR' along with your email address or zip code.
Tick the item(s) you wish to return and tell us why you are returning them.
Select your preferred refund option (refund to store credit or original payment method).
Follow the instructions provided to prepare your package for return.
Ship your parcel back using the delivery method provided in our return's portal.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return arrives safely at our warehouse, and your refund will then be processed.
Please note that refunds can take a little longer during busy periods. If you have not received your refund by 14 working days, please contact us and we'll expedite this accordingly.
